Prepare for login the Stick web management

Before you login the Stick,you should confirm the connect between the Stick and your PC is normal.
Step 1 Configuring the IP address of your PC to 192.168.1.x(2~254) subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
Step 2 Ping IP address of the Stick (Default address is 192.168.1.1).If the PC can get right reply from Ping command,it is mean the connecting between the PC and Stick is normal.

Login Stick

Step 1 Open the explore browser and input the IP address:http://192.168.1.1.
(Stick default IP)
Step 2 You need the user name and password for login.The default username and password are on the label of the Stick bottom.Default administrator user name is “root” and password is “root” or null.

Change default IP

The XGSPON STICK default IP is 192.168.1.1, you can modify it with menu 8311-Configuration-Management.

Setting PON information

bypass ISP, you can modify something with menu 8311-Configuration-PON. you can copy it from your old ONT.

• PON Serial Number (ONT ID)/Vendor ID/Equipment ID/Hardware Version/Logical ONU ID/Logical Password
• PON Mode, XGSPON or XGPON

The OLT shall support legitimacy authentication of the ONU based on the serial number (SN) method, based on the password, SN+Password, and logical ONU ID method (LOID).
Among them, the Password authentication method adopts the Registration_ID field (hereinafter referred to as Registration ID) in the Registration message to carry the authentication information, and the effective length of the authentication information carried by the Registration_ID shall be specifiable.

VLAN setting

VLAN is very important. you can copy it from your old ONT.

Change password

you can modify the password with the menu System-Administrator-Router Password.

Firmware Upgrade

8311 was-110 firmware is great firmware, LL-XS1025 support 8311 was-110 firmware.You can download the latest firmware from github and upgrade it.

note: if A or B firmware is empty, dont use the switch firmware function.
