Choose the Right 10G connection
For most NAS, workstation, UniFi, MikroTik and pfSense users, the easiest upgrade path is a low-power 10GBASE-T SFP+ to RJ45 module such as CUX3610, especially when existing Cat6a/Cat7 cabling is already installed.

CUX3610 is suitable for users who need 10G RJ45 over existing copper cabling while keeping power consumption and heat lower than many traditional 10GBASE-T modules.
10G is useful for large file transfers, backups, virtualization storage, video editing and multi-user access to shared storage.

No. BiDi SFP+ modules must connect to a matching BiDi module with the correct opposite TX/RX wavelengths. They should not be mixed with standard duplex SFP+ modules.
